Welcome to Pika AI, an AI character chat and anime character chat app developed by Pika AI Technologies. By accessing or using Pika AI (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pika AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (16 in Europe) and agree to comply with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy (available in the App). This Agreement governs your use of Pika AI's services, including AI character chats and anime role-playing features.

2. Services Provided

Pika AI offers AI-powered chat services, enabling you to interact with customizable virtual characters for role-playing and storytelling. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.
• Provide accurate and current information during registration and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Pika AI for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including sharing explicit, hateful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the App or its AI systems.
• Impersonate others or misuse AI characters.
• Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Customization and User Content

• You can customize AI characters (e.g., appearance, voice, personality).
• Content you create or share (e.g., chat inputs, character designs) is your responsibility.
• By sharing content, you grant Pika AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it to provide services.
• We may moderate or remove content that violates this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

• Pika AI, including its AI technology, designs, and content, is owned by Pika AI Technologies or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Pika AI for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not copy, modify, or distribute Pika AI's content without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Pika AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data (e.g., chat logs, customization preferences). Review it in the App for full details.

8. Termination

• You may stop using Pika AI and delete your account via App settings at any time (see our Account Deletion Statement).
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violating this Agreement, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your license to use Pika AI ends, but applicable terms (e.g., intellectual property) survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Pika AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pika AI Technologies is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pika AI, if any.

Pika AI may include third-party links or integrations. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
